Called to Seafield, Kinghorn for a False Alarm

People Assisted: 0

The lifeboat crew were called to investigate a possible upturned vessel drifting between Kinghorn and Seafield, about 1.5 miles offshore. The crew performed a search of the area while a local coastguard unit on shore made contact with the informant. It was discovered that the object was a log, so the lifeboat returned to station.
